1. Data Controller: Metafina GmbH, Bramfelder Straße 110 b, 22305 Hamburg, Germany, acts as the data controller for all personal data collected through metafina.de.com and direct business inquiries.
2. Collection Scope: We collect standard business contact information (names, titles, corporate email addresses, phone numbers) and limited financial profile data required for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. We do not process sensitive personal health data or political affiliations.
3.
